Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Processing begins after payment is verified and any required design approval is received.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. Sentinel LaserArt may ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination.

The shipping rate shown at checkout reflects carrier pricing.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Sentinel LaserArt is not responsible for carrier delays after tracking has been generated.

Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, contact inquiry@sentinellaser.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Because many Sentinel LaserArt products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, or produced after approval, returns and cancellations may be limited once production has begun.

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.
